Here the plan is not stringent like only having thrown some eddies throughout the day it's pretty simple and with easily available ingredients you require to follow this plan from 9th to 13th of the month.
So let's get started and on 8th night make a liter or more of flat belly tight ring or eggplant water you need to have this water instead of your regular water throughout the day for all the five days the recipes are in my channel and the links are in the description box ninth morning is the first day of this plan
- START YOUR WITH WARM LEMON WATER
Start your day with a glass of warm lemon water it helps detox your body.
- BREAKFAST
In the breakfast have to point eggs with yolk and if you're a vegetarian then have a cup of boiled chickpeas salad also include a cup of green tea egg and chickpeas put on a good source of protein and fiber and they will keep you full for a long time I have chickpea
salad on my site which is easy to
make.
- FOR LUNCH
For lunch I have a bowl of watermelon or pineapple with a cup of green tea panna / is rich in vitamin C and fiber and is low in calories watermelon is laggy to person bottom and helps detox your body and lose weight boss lunch have one banana it is high in fiber and low in calories and will keep
you away from hunger for few hours.
In the evening have one apple and five to seven comments with a cup of warm green tea almonds can be raw or soaked it has loads of fiber which makes the digestion slow and helps reducing fat from the belly.
- FOR DINNER
For dinner have a bowl of oats sweet or savory any of your choice with
a cup of green tea also in the night make a liter or more of Flat Belly Diet
ring or eggplant water.
- FOR NEXT DAY
For the next day start your second day with a glass of warm lemon water in a breakfast have two boiled eggs with yolk.
if you want a vegetarian then have a cup of boiled chickpeas salad also include a cup of green tea. For the next day start your third day with a glass of warm lemon water in the breakfast have 1 boiled egg with one banana if you are a vegetarian then you can have 2 bananas also include a cup of green tea for lunch you have a bowl of oats sweet or savory any of your choice with a cup of green tea in the evening have one apple and one cucumber with a
cup of green tea for dinner have a bowl of papaya it has zero cholesterol
contains a large amount of fiber and very less calories I also have a video

water for the next day start your fourth day with a glass of warm lemon water in the breakfast have a bowl of oats sweet or savory any of your choice with a cup of green tea in the lunch and have a bowl of pineapple and a cup of green tea.
Post-lunch I have one apple and two cucumbers in the evening ham one banana and five almonds with a cup of cream tea end your day with a bowl of papaya make the last batch of Flat Belly Diet link.
