Hi Guys
Today I am sharing a recipe of Bedtime Weight Loss Smoothie which will melt the stubborn
body fat, especially stubborn belly fat.

You will see a reduction of 2-3 inches around your belly area in just a week.
This fat loss drink is easy to make, super effective as well as super economical too.
So let's get started and And the 1st ingredient we need is an apple.

   Apple

Apple as we know is 1 of the best fruits for weight loss.
You can choose any variant of apples green red organic non -organic but just make sure
to wash it properly before use.
The next step is to roughly cut the apples in either small or large bits with the skin
on and seeds removed.
Don’t peel off the skin as there is a lot of fibre present in pulp and skin which lowers
LDL cholesterol, body weight and boosts digestion.
Vitamin C in apples boosts our immunity.
Apples are low in calories and regulate our blood sugar.

    Fresh Ginger

Next ingredient is fresh ginger.
We need around 1/2 an inch of ginger.
Peel and cut it into thin slices.
If you like to use the skin then simply wash before using.
Here I am using peeled ginger and as many of you know, I use ginger in many of my weight
loss recipes as it increases fat breakdown, surpasses appetite and blocks fat absorption.


    1Cup Water

Next, take a saucepan and add 1 cup of water.
Now add the apple pieces and ginger slice and turn on the heat.
Cover it with a lid and let the water boil for just 4-5 minutes.
Then turn off the heat, and take off the lid and let the water cool off a bit.
Don’t let it entirely cool off as you need to consume this drink warm.
Also do not discard the water as that’s what will be used to make the drink.

Now Take a Blender

Now take a blender and shift the water along with boiled apple and ginger slices.
Blend until you get a smooth mix like this.
It shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds.
And now our bedtime weight loss smoothie is ready.

Take it After Dinner

You need to drink this 1 - 2 hour after dinner and probably 30 mins before you sleep.
This drink will reduce visceral belly fat with zero side effects and will also metabolize
the body fat while you will be asleep and within few days you will start seeing drastic
changes like body fat% going down, better digestion and immunity, and less food cravings.
All these factors will also lead to healthy weight loss.
This bedtime drink is safe for all except those who are allergic to apples or ginger,
and pregnant mothers.

Some people wake up hungry, the drink will solve this problem too.
It will keep you full after you wake up, not leaving you miserable looking for food.
Some points to remember are : Have this drink warm.

Have either a small glass of smoothie or a big glass i.e you can play with the amount
of water added but the measurement of the ingredients should not change I.e you have
to use, 1 medium-sized apple plus half an inch of ginger.

Initially while blending, the smoothie will be of liquid consistency but in less than
5 minutes, you will see that the smoothie will turn naturally thick
You can have this drink for as long as you like, with no restrictions whatsoever.
Do not sieve the drink.
Eat healthy for the rest of the day along with 2-3 cups of green tea for effective fat
loss.
