3 Magic Tea Diet Plan | How To Lose Weight Fast 10Kg In 10 Days | Tea Diet For Weight Loss
Hi guys in today's blog I'm showing a meal plan based on three magical teas and that's why it's named as three magic tea I plan these three teas are simple and easy to make but are going to make a huge difference in your life you're not only going to lose up to ten pillows in ten days but also will have a healthy digestion and actually a skin this is some vegetarian diet and all my vegetarian followers can easily follow this so without any further discussion.
let's get started with this ten day time plan start your day with my first morning velocity you need to have this on an empty stomach.
- TEA NO. 1
Take a saucepan and add 1 and 1/4 cup of water then add 1 cinnamon stick and 1 TSP of ginger I pounded the ginger a bit for better extraction of flavors now cover the pan with a lid & let it boil for 4 to 5 minutes cinnamon boosts your metabolism increases insulin sensitivity and decreases blood sugar thus helping in losing weight then turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit shift to a cup and then add 1 TSP each of lemon juice and honey and a first tea is ready.
Ginger and lemon juice both on an appetite suppressant and work towards weight loss have this tea warm on an empty stomach if you take any medications early in the morning empty stomach then go ahead and have this tea 30 minutes later.
Now for breakfast I have a weight-loss smoothie this is very situating weight-loss friendly and can be made easily I've already shared the recipe of old smoothie in my channel
I'll link it below for your reference next comes lunch I have moong dal cheelaA or crispy lentil flatbread for you I recently shared its recipe too in my channel link to it can be found in the description box now 45 minutes after lunch it's time for our second magical tea.
- TEA NO. 2
To make this tea add slightly more than a cup of water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil add 1 TSP of grated ginger and let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes then turn off the heat and drop in 1 green tea bag cover with a lid and let the tea steep for 4 to 5 minutes then shifters d2 workup remember this D is not to be strained and do not add ginger in any other form because you're supposed to eat the grated ginger lastly add one teaspoon of lemon juice and our second magical witness tea is ready now in the evening have 10 almonds along with an apple and a glass of buttermilk you can choose any other nuts like walnuts pistachios peanuts etc.
if you don't have almonds nuts will provide you with energy protein and healthy fats apple is rich in fiber which helps with weight loss and buttermilk will keep you hydrated and fun till dinner add few chopped cilantro leaves for best results these things are generally hot in nature so buttermilk would help it balance and keep your cool now comes the last meal of the day which is dinner for dinner.
I have weight loss Kotori or porridge for you it's an easy recipe and doesn't need a lot of ingredients moreover it tastes too good so do make it as shown to make it take a pressure cooker and add 1 TSP of key or olive oil then add a pinch of asafoetida 1/4 TSP of mustard seeds 1/2 a TSP of cumin seeds and some turmeric powder I'm also adding in few curry leaves now roast on for half a minute and then add 1/4 cup of oats rolled or quick oats doesn't matter cook oats for a minute or until the turn light brown then add 1/2 cup of carrot and 1/4 cup of green peas and mix well now I'm adding Himalayan pink salt as per taste next add 500ml of water give a stir close the lid of the cooker and give one listen my cooker honestly took three to four whistles.
but I know some cookers just take about one mine is a stainless steel program my cooker usually takes a lot of time to cook any recipe this recipe basically took about 6 to 7 minutes so you should know now let the steam come out a bit and then open the lid and now as you can see our oats weightloss Kotori is ready.
If you still see some water left then no problem just cook it on an open flame and it will be ready in a minute or two and those of you who do not have a pressure cooker you can just directly make it in a saucepan in the end I'm adding 1 TSP of lemon juice some chili flakes and chopped cilantro all these are option if you don't have landscape but if you do then do and now.
- TEA NO .3
I'm going to show how to make a third magical weapon T take a pan and add slightly more than a cup of water bring it to a boil and then add one teaspoon of cumin seeds cover the pan with a lid & let it boil for four to five minutes then turn off the heat and let the Tea cool off a bit then shift to a cup and don't strain the tea and one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey mix well and a third magical weight loss tea is ready.
This Tea will detox your body treat insomnia and anemia and improve your digestion and immunity you need to have this tea before going to sleep so this is how our three magical tea diet is it revolves around three weight loss teas which are super effective and combining it with healthy food recipes will not only provide you with nutrition but also help in reducing extra weight and body fat indulge in 15 minutes of physical exercise for better results it's a ten days plan and if followed correctly will help you lose up to 10 kilos if you feel hungry any time during the day then you can have as many apples or cucumbers hope you like this easy diet it is mostly based on the ingredients which we already have in a kitchen.
