 Hi guys ; Today's blog is on chicken diet which is a high protein low carb diet and is designed to help lose up to 10 kilos in 10 days so let's get started start your day with a glass of garlic water or cardamom water on an empty stomach garlic water will detox and stimulate fat burning process in your body it will also boost your metabolism and prevent from overeating to lose weight efficiently cardamom water will also de-bloat and improve your digestion cardamom has melatonin which increases the fat burning process it also helps remove extra water from our body and lowers the fat around our belly by boosting our metabolism both these recipes are in my channel and the blog links are in the description bellow.

  • For Breakfast 

For breakfast have chicken oats and a cup of green tea this oatmeal is pretty simple very tasty and has high quality nutrition foods like chicken and broccoli they both are rich in fiber which helps in fast weight loss if you cannot find broccoli then replace it with cauliflower thyroid patients may replace both with green beans   green tea is rich in antioxidants caffeine and amino acids it has enough caffeine to give you a good morning energy boost to make the rest of the recipes.

 i'm going to use csk nonstick cookware set which i got from amazon recently it is a set of pots and pans with granite derived coating these are induction compatible and have bakelite handles this set has saute pan fry pan saucepans and stockpot along with tempered glass lids the set is by coat system which is recognized worldwide for award-winning designs and innovative concepts.

  • FOR LUNCH

 For lunch i have a quick and easy minced chicken recipe to make this take a pan and drizzle 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil next add finely chopped carrots i've taken 2 carrots saute carrots for a minute on high heat next add half a tablespoon of finely chopped garlic i took two garlic cloves after two minutes of sauteing add one chopped bell pepper i'm using yellow bell pepper however feel free to use any color now mix on well and let them cook for a minute next add 1 cup or approximately 200 grams of minced or ground chicken you can buy it from the store or ground chicken at home using a grinder use chicken breast or thighs to make minced chicken chicken is high in protein calcium and phosphorous it is easy to cook and is available at all places it keeps you full maintains your muscle mass and increases your metabolic rate cook for a minute.

 And then add 1 teaspoon of himalayan pink salt half a teaspoon of black pepper powder half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and half a teaspoon of paprika or red chili powder ground chicken has less fat and moisture so add some water and mix well in the end add half teaspoon of cumin powder and finely chopped coriander or cilantro.


 And mix well you can also add chopped parsley if you like and now our lunch is ready have this with a cup of green tea chicken and carrots recipe will provide you with approximately 45 grams of

protein and 350 calories.

  • FOR EVENING AND DINNER

 Now for evening and dinner we need boiled chicken for this i'm boiling few boneless chicken breasts we would need approximately 1 and 1 4 burnt chicken breast each day for this diet so you can boil few breast pieces and store them in the fridge they will last for three to four days if you notice some pink tinge on the chicken pieces it's because i sprinkled some Himalayan pink salt on the chicken pieces while they were boiling.

when the chicken breasts are boiled let them cool off and then shred one breast piece and keep aside.

 Now in the evening have a protein rich omelette take a pan and drizzle some extra virgin olive oil then pour two eggs add some shredded chicken pieces ginger juliennes some salt black pepper and fresh cilantro adding eggs to your diet is one of the easiest things to do while trying for weight loss they are a great source of vitamins and minerals and gets cooked easily and keeps you full for a long time i also have a dedicated diet on eggs which has taken the world by storm if you haven't watched then you can check the link in the description box now let the eggs cook for a minute and give a flip cook for half a minute and our egg omelet is ready. Have this Omelette with an apple.

  • FOR DINNER

 Now for dinner we have one boiled chicken with 100 to 150 grams of steamed grain or french beans green or french beans are low in calories and high in fiber to steam or blanched beans simply boil some water add some salt and drop in the green beans let them boil for just a minute or two.

Then remove them from hot water and give a cold water bath to stop overcooking and our beans are done now take a plate and add slices of one boiled chicken breast place steamed green beans on the side now drizzle some extra virgin olive oil some salt and black pepper on the chicken now squeeze in some lemon juice and add some cilantro leaves and our dinner is ready this recipe has approximately 55 grams of protein and 350 calories

  • AFTER DINNER

After 30 minutes of consuming dinner have a cup of mint green tea making this tea is easy take a cup and add few spearmint leaves and a green tea bag fill the cup with hot water cover the cup and let it steep for 5 minutes , and a mint green tea is ready do remember to chew the mint leaves while sipping the tea.

This tea will make you stress free aid in weight loss and improve your digestion in case you don't have mint leaves then you can use a minty bag along with a green tea bag or a mint green tea bag instead if you feel hungry in between the meals then feel free to have cucumbers water or lemon water you can have as many cucumbers as you like we are using only four teaspoons of oil in this diet so ensure to use healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil

avocado oil or ghee that is clarified butter only don't use any other cooking oil like canola palm soybean or coconut oil to follow this diet you would need approximately 500 grams or two chicken breasts a day this measurement includes the quantity of ground chicken also the diet is well balanced as it has foods like chicken eggs apple oats and vegetables which will provide you with proteins vitamins carbs minerals and fiber combine this diet with 15 to 30 minutes of physical activity.


 Like fast walk jogging cardio swimming etc it's a high protein low carb diet and is

safe for all including pcos pcod thyroid diabetics as well as pregnant and nursing mothers however pregnant and nursing models have an option to increase the calories depending on the need following the site for 10 days will help you lose up to 7 to 10 kilos
